Stinson Park, 4050 San Juan Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32210
This is a pretty little park with a small playground and lots of geese hanging around. If you walk to the far edge, you can even see downtown Jax.
- There is a parking lot, but it’s a little on the small side
- There is a hand launch only dock to easily hop onto your board or you can use the sand launch area
- With a couple of marinas close by, you’ll see a fair amount of boats on your paddle
- You can take a short 1-3 mile paddle or make it longer by paddling out to the right and just keep going!
